Toura von Apocalyptica und Epica wegen Corona verlegta ins Frühjahra

Die für den Herbst geplante Co-Headline-Tour der Cello-Metaller von Apocalyptica und der Symphonic Rocker von Epica, die zu der Tour ihr neues Album veröffentlichen werden, wird auf Grund der aktuellen Geschehnisse in den März und April 2021 verlegt. Wie man also sieht, fehlt vielen Veranstaltern mittlerweile der Glaube, dass sich die Corona-Lage im Winter normalisieren werde und das Risiko ist zu groß, an der teueren Vorbereitung großer Tourneen in diesem Zeitraum festzuhalten. Vernünftig in jeder Hinsicht!

Als Support wurde die britisch-finnische Band Wheel bestätigt, die Prog-Rock und Metal beindruckend fusioniert. Bereits erworbene Tickets behalten für die Nachholtermine ihre Gültigkeit.

Simone Simons von Epica sagt dazu:

„As we were awaiting our tour with Apocalyptica with great anticipation, we are now forced to have a little bit more patience. This might not come as a surprise, as you have all seen our colleagues in the music business rescheduling their tours as well. We have decided that it is the best thing to do during these uncertain times. We want to give you the best possible experience and value your health deeply. We will be back full force and can’t wait to see all your faces again when you hear our new music live for the first time. Everybody stay strong and be patient, your waiting will be worth while.“

“We regret to announce that the Epic Apocalypse tour, together with Epica, is officially being postponed. As much as we were holding out hope that we could play the shows, this is unfortunately inevitable at this time. We too are disappointed but we look forward to be back on stage soon.”
